Case Description
My Company is ran out of my home, When rogers asked me to change to there phone service From Bell to Rogers,I did with the understanding its would stay as a business number The phone number was tranfered as a business line (april 2008), We moved in (nov 2008) and kept rogers phone, And just found out my phone is not listing my company, it\'s listed as my last name, When i called to inquire why. I was told that my phone was put into residential listing,And there\'s nothing they could do. So it don\'t list my company with the number. My company is not listed in the yellow pages, which i count on for customers to find my company. Bottom line is i was offered from rogers to tranfer my number with my company listing, and somehow they change it to a residential listing and there\'s nothing they can do. I was told to change phone company to get back a business number.
I lost thousands of dollars because i ain\'t listed for 2010 directory listing.They screw up and can\'t fix it. I should be compensated some how, after all it was there mistake.
