Case Description
I had incident with a fellow, who stole my stuff and when I wanted to get it back, he assaulted me verbally and threatened me by skateboard. I struck first, and as a result was charged for assault.
That fellow blames me for 13 injures and disabilities after 3 years of the incident.
His medical record doesn’t confirm any injuries.
