Case Description
I am a supervisor in a factory. I have been accused of sexual harassment. I am innocent. I also have sufficient evidence to prove my innocence. I have been suspended pending the enquiry. My problem is that the suspension is without pay. My employers have not found me guilty. I think withholding my pay is unfair.
