Case Description
I'm looking for some information for my mother-in-law. Her father just passed away without a will.. Neither she, nor her brothers and sisters want to be the executor of his estate. He died in a palliative care hospital, and had pre-paid and arranged his funeral.
Does the family have to do anything further, or will the government step in automatically?
