Case Description
I can't find a job that pays enough in Aberta, Environmental, but there are many jobs available in Ontario, he is adamant about living with myself and not his mother, her new husband and his 2 kids every other weekend. How do I go about moving him and will a Judge listen to a 9 year old boy. He is willing to do what ever it takes to live and move with me. We have a joint custody agreement in place.
