Case Description
There was a tree in our yard that created a lot of problems for the neighbours because the roots started spreading and even lifted one of their driveways. We stopped the problem by cutting down the tree. We have received a notice that we require a permission to cut the tree in our zone and must pay a fine. Need legal help.
