Fired because I filed a Human Rights Complaint for sexual harassment

Case Description
filed a formal complaint with employer and requested not to work with this man because he bullies me and makes my job difficult. HR found that he did make inappropriate comments to me and that I reported his retaliation which included not fixing a problem on my line because of me, left and obtained a doctors note stating that I am on a leave of absence because of this man and filed a Human Rights Complaint. When the employer received this they called me and asked when I was coming back. I told them that I would not be coming back until a resolution was reached through The Human Rights, I filed for EI benefits 4 months later and the following month the employer wrote to me stating that my leave of absence had never been approved and that I was required to have my doctor fill out papers regarding sick leave, she explained that I was on a leave of absence and if I filled out papers for sick leave I would be unable to work and therefore would be financially hurting so that I would be forced to return to this employer. I went to a mediation and no settlement was reached, my hearing starts Sept 21, 2009.
