being forced to plead guilty, present lawyer not a fraud lawyer but a low scale plea bargain lawyer not usually representing fraud charges. charges completely based on former bosses word...disclosure requested has been denied, lawyer quitting because not the right type of lawyer for this case, already lost house, career and am being forced to plead guilty to something I did not do! I need help fast, they are forcing me to set date for trial with no lawyer or plead guilty to something I didn't do.
