Case Description

On april 14, I had ordered custom made furniture from a factory. The furniture was to be delivered within a week. They said it was not ready in a week. I agreed to wait another week. The furniture was still not ready. After a month, I called to cancel the order and refused to pay them. They are suing me for breach of contract.
