Case Description
I have a tenant, she is renting one of the room in my house and did not sign lease contract with me, she just move in, and I have a hard time dealing with her, because she is bringing boys and letting them to sleep overnight without my consent, I already told her that no overnight guest. I am giving her 2 months to look for a new place. Need to consult a lawyer on legal actions available to me.
