Case Description

We would like information on full or temporary custody of our grandson. His mom is having many difficulties with him being rebellious. He has told us on his last visit here that he wants to live with us. We told him that mommie would miss him too much, but he told us that he would convince her to let him go. And if he did can he come. We told him that it would be ok but we dont think that mom will let you go.
Talking with his mom today 26th of Jan. She told us that she could not handle him anymore and made an appointment with children s aid in Sudbury for him to be placed in a group home. We have the facilities and the financial capability to support him and more than enough love to handle his episodes, and show him the understanding and guidance that he requires.

He has been in our lives since birth. We get him most every holiday and when mom is tired of him. She has left him before from the age of 3 month to the age of 6 yrs.

Any information and legal guidance that you can give us would be very helpful and appreciated.
