Half -Signed Legal Separation Agreement, is it binding?

Case Description
When I was at lawyer's office on the day to sign legal separation agreement it was a day of utter chaos, to say the least. I was under major stress, and duress. My estranged spouse had me "over the barrell" so to speak. My lawyer seemed disorganized and a bit frantic and hurried. Long story short, only the two agreements that got sent back to the other lawyer's office were signed completely. For the following 8 months I had unsigned documents and so did my lawyer. It wasn't until I went to a new lawyer that this was even noticed. I requested the 2 copies of the agreements to be signed by my former lawyer and forwarded on to my new lawyer, but I ended up signing my copy in the hallway witnessed by my mother actually, not by my lawyer. I wasn't informed of some of the detailed subjects of the agreement until my new lawyer was able to sit down and go over it with me. Is this a binding agreement? Did the lawyer not sign the agreement fraudulently? I also should have changed the date on my agreement as I did not sign my agreement on the date that I signed the original agreement that went over to my spouse's lawyer?
