Case Description
I bought the house April 1, 2009 after getting a home inspection done. Home inspector told me roof didn't show any signs of leaking.
The home insurance company inspected the home a month or so after purchase. They found one issue and gave me 6 months to correct it (was furnance related, not roof related). Issue was corrected.
Last week (October 18, 2009) we discovered the roof was leaking. We had no prior trouble with the roof leaking until then. Insurance company had the roof looked at and informed me that the roof looked like it was over 20 years old and there was nothing they could do for me.
I am looking to take legal actions through lawyer.
