Case Description
My brother runs a bar and grill in Miramichi. he was audited for 2005-2007 and which began last december 2008.he received a first letter from CRA in May and we responded. He received another letter in June and we responded again with additional info. Finally october1st he recieved a notice of reassessment for HST/GST and personal income tax with no reduction in original amounts from the May letter. They performed both and HST/GSt audit AND a networth assessement which we feel was not justified nor supported by any real evidence.
