I believe the CRA has incompetently handled my income tax returns since 2003!

Case Description
I'm truly tired of continually being penalized by the CRA at what seems to be best example of how they can take advantage of the small guy. Since 2003, my income tax claims have been incorrect, reassessed, not corrected, my income has been forcibly increased to cover penalties of not being able to repay RRSP's, I have had to prove my children are my children to claim as dependents, I have had letters sent to me by the CRA regarding bogus claims which in turn reassess my income tax amounts to owing more money. I have paid a certified accountant make necessary corrections, I filed for bankruptcy protection in 2005 and since then worked everyday, paid income dearly and have not had any income tax return which is in my favor. Most recent, I just received another reassessment informing me I owe the CRA another $348 plus $10 interest. Please provide some legal help, thank you.
