Case Description
Hi my name is Hugo Herrera. Im From Argentina. Ihave a wife and 4 kids.One which is Canadian born in 2006. We migrated to Canada in 2001. we had a immigration lawyer that was scamming us. He took our refugee claim. Later he was Convicted. After we had a hearing and they made a decision without an interview because we were 5 minutes late.We were told to leave. In 2007 we started making a case to apply for the humanitarian and compassionate application with a lawyer named Peter Ivanyi. During that process i was detained by the police in 2008.they needed a warrant to sing for me. We used our PRRA application. In 2009 we were denied our PRRA and H&C applications. We changed lawyers and we made a Federal Court Appeal but it was denied. We were Deported on August 25 2009. We were sent directly to Argentina.They paid for our plane tickets. We were told when we go back we needed to pay back $1500 per plane ticket before entering the country. How long do we have to wait to re-enter the country? And also if one person goes back does he have to pay just for his ticket or does he havr to pay for all of them?
