Case Description
I was 14 when I had my son in 2007.Right from the time I became pregnant,I feel my Mother took over right away,not leaving me to have a chance at being a Mother myself..Take over is exactly what she did.I am almost 18 now and for the past almost 3 years,my mother has taken over my entire life,At first she wouldn't allow my son to see his real Father,she never allowed him to call me Mom.
She makes him call my Mother&Father, Mom&Dad.
She claims all my child tax cheques I even give her my income tax & 400$ a month..& I never signed any papers signing him over to her.Can someone please help me,all I want is to live happily with my son.
