Case Description
our case was denied in may 2009 and we were told that your refugee case paara & humanitarium is denied so u have to leave the country as soon as possible but my husband, myself & my son`s passport was expired so they told us that we will go in indian embassy and try to renew it or will give you a travel document but since so many months passed we didn`t received anything we went to indian embassy and inquire abt our travel documnet & ask them abt the trackking number they told us that since canadian immigration has submitted the passport they will get the answer so we asked our officer he said their is no tracking number that is been issued we had been so desperate because since our case was denied we sold our business our furniture everything living just in four wall apartment. so my husband called the officer again on january 2010 he is now saying since so many months has passed u wont get your expired passport but u book the ticket by the 1st week of february and they will issue the travel document i don`t understand wht is going on & is it safe to go without all the documents and need legal consultuation
