I am a caregiver here in canada, and this coming march i will now apply for permanent residence and open visa, my status is married but I am separate in fact for 12 years now. I have 3 children two from the man I married who abandont me when I'm still pregnant with our second child and 1 from a a boyfriend who also abandont me and all of them are named after my former husband. Now, that I'm applying for residency here in canada, I have no papers to show that I a'm separated to the man I married or else he will also be included on my application and I am seeking for divorce or legal separation. please help me.
