Case Description
My now ex husband sign sponsorhip for 10 years and we divorced after 5 years of marriage. While married we had a child and bought a house. When we split i was left with 2 years old child and no house and no money. I managed to surrvive but if he sign sponsorhip can I sue him? Again me and our child was left with almost zero incom and without shelter. His sponsorship will expire in a year.
