Case Description

This child is a Canadian citizen but lived in Jamaica with his mother. He came to Canada on vacation and the father did not return the child to Jamaica. The mother came to Canada and agreed to let the child stay as she prepared to migrate to Canada as long as visitation was open. this agreement was verbal. The father promised the child would visit can caused plane ticket to be in vain and refuses to call the 11yr old child speak to his mother on the phone. Need to discuss my options with a lawyer.
