Case Description
Financial difficulties and and recent job loss has made me behind on my payments for the mortgage. I don't know where to go from here but I'm in big trouble with making payments and I have already gotten a few call to pay missed payments. I heard about re-mortgage and I think I wouldn't mind doing that. But I would first like to know if there's anything that can be done legally to stop or help me pay fewer amounts until I find a new job.
