Case Description
I own a convenience store and I have a contract with a vendor to provide me some good on a on call basis. The deliveries were meant to be followed up with three days of the request. But the delay is sometimes 5 days or more. The thing is I signed the contract for an year to exclusive to use this vendor. How do I get out of it? Can I get some help to evaluate breach of contract and get some money and also cancel contract. Please help!
