Case Description
I had my roof replaced in July 2008. Last week it began leaking and there is damage to my family room ceiling. I tried to get in contact with the contractor who did my roof however I have not been able to get a hold of him. I had another roofing contractor look at it and he said it's a disaster and has to be repaired again and possibly replaced. Will my home insurance cover the roof or the damage to my family room ceiling? Can I sue the contractor who did my roof?
