Description

Law Type:Accident & Injuries
Location: Kelowna, British Columbia
Specific Issue: Medical Malpractice

Case Description

A recent visit for two crown preps with three attempts at freezing has left me with nerve damage which includes numbness, inability to eat properly, slurred speech, jaw pain. I had a follow up app't 5 days later and my dentist said it will take time. Did not refer anything for pain at the time or refer me to someone else. Finally almost two weeks later I asked a prescription be phoned in for Toridol to ease my discomfort. I am still slurring my words and have discomfort in the jaw area. I would like to hire a lawyer in this area to gain compensation for this experience.
