Case Description

On Feb 11th,2008, a minor (18 years old) and her elder sister (20 years old)entered my restaurant, and using the elders ID provided "valid ID" and purchased alcohol. I was then charged for "fail to inspect ID" and "seve minor". Since the event, and ongoing court appearances, it has taken a toll on my family life. I would like to sue both the girls for producing fake ID, where I ended up being guilty to the charges, and suffering mental anguish, stress beyond belief resulting in a bad back from the strain of tight musles. Like wise with the rest of my family has, as a result of the girls actions, been under, an endue amount of stress and strain. I have a case, or leg to stand on.
