Case Description
Was giving a conditonal licence for school. Had an accident on my way to drop off books at year end. The car was insured under my common law wifes name, but is was both of ares we both paid for it. They paid the claim out to her and then came after me for the money cause they said I wasnt going to my campus I was going to a different campus ( the only campus you can return books at) They want 130000 dollars now, What was the point of paying us and then sueing us> If anyone can help with this claim please let me know.
