Case Description

I was involved in a MVA back in Oct 2004,I did not receive anything from my insurance company for all those years,finally in 2008 we(the lawyer and I)get a date for mediation and we go on the schedualed date,the lawyer from my insurance company basically looked at me and told me that they are not giving me any monies because they said that all my pains are from my cancer, before I go any further let me say that I got diagnosed of Melanoma in june 2008,so I don\'t understand how she can have the odasity to blame my aches and pains and bulged disc that shows on MRI on my cancer, she also told me in my face,ignorant that she is that I can die tomorrow that is another reason why I am not getting anything,she said that in front of my lawyer who was representing me and in front of the mediator.I was wondering if anyone can help me as what she said to me was rude and not fair also how does my cancer have anything to do with my MVA in 2004 as that is all she was focusing on..if someone can help me pls.Thank You!
