Case Description
My boyfreind is the only father my son has known and has been there for him since he was 1 1/2 years old. We do not live together but I want him to be able to adopt my son. My son also wants to have his dads last name and is getting older and starting to put hings together like his name isn't his dads like he wants. I just have no idea how to go about getting started with the adoption and how do i give them both what they want??
