Case Description
Hi I need some help. Over a year ago now my father went to the hospital after having trouble breathing and feeling very ill. After being belittled and treated very badly he was told that he had pneumonia and went home. Only to be rushed back to the hospital 3 days later. Days after this he died. What can I do about this can I sue the hospital? I am sick everyday because of this. Please help me.
