My four year olds father has had no contact for 3 years with us.

Case Description

I split with my ex a little over 3 years ago. We have not heard nor seen my ex in 3 years. No contact, No phone calls, No mail, No support, nothing. My son does not even know who he is. I have been the sole provider for my son basically since he was born (even when I was with the ex, I provided everything) I would like to persue Sole Custody of my son. My son is also Autistic, which would definitely play into it if visitation was granted with someone he doesn't even know.

My ex also has 4 other children from a prior marriage before me that he has not seen since before my son was born. We were never married, and I have been trying to pursue a child support order on him but have been unsuccessful at finding him. What are my options?
