Need help to sue for breaking contract

Case Description
Restaurant owner. Got into an argument with person who is supposed to give me supply and has been missing dates by a day, 2 days, and sometimes whole week. After that he stopped coming fully and no returned calls. We have signed contract that tells that he must provide supply within 2 business days of call, but nothing right now. I am losing money. I need urgent help to see what can be done.
