Case Description
I am looking to develop a high rise condo structure. I have the land in my possession and will be interviewing contractors shortly. I would like to also have a lawyer to handle all the paperwork that I will need to draw up for the contractors, suppliers etc. The lawyer must be prepared to word hard as this is my first project and i want to make it a success
