Case Description
I was rear ended by a pickup truck. I was pushed to the car in front. the police came and found the pickup driver was at fault. I was not found at fault. I need expensive physical therapy session for a sprained neck and my car needs extensive repairs. the car in front was dented but the damage was not much. The owner has gone to court against me and the at fault driver. I was a bigger victim of the accident than she was.
