Case Description
I am a secretary in a well known financial services company. I had a wonderful boss to start with. He left the company. The new boss kept sexually harassing me. He kept showing me naked pictures of women on his phone. I complained to HR. They did not dismiss him but transferred me. I was due a promotion. My employers are not giving me the promotion because of my complaint.
