Case Description
Our second cousin died without children recently. Five years ago we visited him and he promised us that since were the only relatives he kept in touch with all his property would go to us when he died. After his death we find that he has left all his property to his caregiver and no gift to us. His lawyer is his executor and she claims he was in perfect health and mental capacity when he made the will, We believe he was lonely and depressed and his caregiver gave more care to him than necessary while using her influence over him to get his property. We are his relatives and by right we should inherit. The executor says her hands are toed even though our cousin promised us that we would be his heirs. We require a good lawyer to challenge this will . There are crafty conniving people against us and we need to show them up for what they are.
