Case Description
I need an opinion letter regarding an aplication for passing of accounts from a lawyer who has been before Alberta Surrogate Court on an application for formal passing of accounts. I have an application filed with the Court by a lawyer without any estate practice experince and have opinions but not from a lawyer who has been before Court. The estate administration is presently under Court Case Management.
