Case Description
I have recently been contacted about a payday loan I have forgotten about, but apparently went bad. The gent on the phone threatened to sue me and have me charged at my place of work. Also, he threatened to have my assets frozen as well as my bank accounts. No one has ever contacted me to make good on this payment.
