Case Description

my wife called the police to our house when they showed up i instantly calmed down i stepped outside. i was extremely intoxicated . i asked my wife for a lighter the cop looked me up and down he said "where you're going you don't need a smoke" then proceeded on viciously assaulting me. this was all done in front of my 7yr old son. he held me from falling down and punched me nearly 15 times. he handcuffed me and took me to the drunk tank. no charges were filed against me. my wife spent an hour cleaning my blood off the porch so my son would not see it.
