Case Description
I stopped at a OPP RIDE block. An officer asked to see my drivers license and so i proceeded to give it to him. He then asked me to step out of my vehicle because he supposedly saw a few specs of weed on my lap. two officers than searched me then proceeded to search my suv and found approx. 2 gs of weed. they also called out another officer to do a sobriety test, which i passed. they gave me a date in court, and released me. I need a criminal lawyer. I have a clean record up to now.
