Case Description
My grandmother passed away on Saturday. She has a will and told us about this a while back and that everyone is equal to entitlement. She had lived with my mother for over the last 7 years. However her younger sisters are now saying that she left the house to them and the other investments were to be divided among them. This is false. i personally remember it was to be equally divided and she lived with my mom for the last 7 years. i think my aunts are afraid that my mom might be entitled to the entire house. On behalf of my mother, I want to retain legal representation. Thank you.
