Probating the photocopy of a will. Original illegally destroyed

Case Description
My father died. He had married his nurse and she looked after him during his last years. She destroyed his will. Anticipating her action my father had sent me and my sister a photocopy of the will. I am not sure if we can get the photocopy of a will probated. The copy is clear that the will was signed by my father and witnessed by two of his friends. We want the assistance of a good lawyer.
