Problems with Consumer Proposal

Case Description
I have entered into a consumer proposal 6 months ago. The bulk of my proposal was in regards to as student loan debt. I have been finished my studies since 2000. The proposal was accepted by the bank, and they have also proven their claim. Everything was ok for the first 6 months. However, as of the beginning of January I have been getting numerous collection calls in regards to these student loans. They say that they have information that I was discharged from my proposal. I checked with my trustee, as I have not missed nor have I been late for a payment. They said that the proposal is fine, and that I need to simply pass on their name to these collectors. The problem I am having is that some of the collectors are refusing to take any numbers, so I end up having to deal with them. There is some sort of communication error here, and false information has been passed on to my creditors. This is causing me an enormous amount of stress. Especially considering I am paying my proposal, and thought that creditors could not contact me about my loan, let alone harass me.
