Case Description
Invested in Company $40,000 in Sept. 2007. Inventor/Director refused to acknowledge investors after getting money and effectively put company into bankruptcy. Company dissolution 2009. Inventor continues to use patent and has started under new name. We feel as investors that we bought the intellectual property and this inventor has taken our investment money fraudulently and continues to perpetrate fraud with new investors. We require a patent lawyer.
