Case Description

I have invested a sum of money with my cousin in a commercial property. I believe that the prices of the property will go up with time. I want my interests protected. There is a mortgage on the property that is jointly held. I pay part of the mortgage. I want an agreement drawn out specifiying individual holdings in the property in case of a dispute
