Case Description
On Sept. 25 of this year I was rear ended by a vehicle. My car was totaled as the driver hit me at 50k while I was at a dead stop. I received a considerable amount of damage to my back and neck from the incident. My claim went through workers comp. I found out later that the man driving the vehicle that hit me, was a known user...he works at a hospital and was removed from his duties because of his habit. Had I known this previously, I would have had him tested at the scene. My question to you is,,,,How is it, that I have now lost 2 months of my life going to doctors, physio, and a tremendous amount of suffering,,,I have no quality of life. This man,,,,gets away with just paying a $200 surcharge on his insurance. I could like to consult a lawyer on whether I can sue in this situation.
