Case Description
mother has son. no parenting order. she is refusing to let father see son even for a weekend. she says shes afraid she wont get son back. son is age 5. father not paying support. no court order to pay. tried mediation for payment but no agreement. father cant afford a lawyer and mother is married now to a law student. all father wants is to share custody. Every other weekend or long weekend a month and all summer with son. Willing to pay for a reasonable lawyer fee that I can afford and can be accepted by the lawyer.
