Case Description
I work as an apartment manager to a 30 unit building. I was at first assured lodging and salary. When I received my salary, rent had been deducted from the agreed wage. There were no terms regarding charging a rent in the agreement. I spoke to my employers who say it is an implied term. I need to consult a lawyer.
