Case Description

I injured my lower back at work in 2007 I have had no problems with WSIB I was assest at 25% and received about $14,000.00 I went for retraining and got a part time job as cashier that is all I could find I had a problem with my back and my right leg went num could not go to work got MRI I had surgery on L4,L5 disc for original injury now my MRI is looking at T1,T2 have not been to get the reporte yet but I have been dismissed from my part time job and had to file for wellfare and I think I may need help as WSIB is trying to say that this is a new injury so I figured that I should get a Lawyer be for I need one but I have no money and I am looking for a lawyer on a contingency basis.
