Description

Law Type:Real Estate
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
Specific Issue: Zoning

Case Description

I had leased the entire ground level of this building for opening a liquor store. Having done that I was gaining good business when the landlord leased out the first level to a person using the place as a residence. My problems have started since that date. My store is open 24 x 7 and this resident is causing a problem for me by objecting to the lights and noises. I cannot control either and the landlord is unwilling to ask the resident to keep away. What are the ways out that are available to me
